Coconut-Curry Chicken Soup, a recipe in the December issue of Cooking Light magazine. It was flavorful and absolutely delicious! It has spinach, snow peas, noodles, shallots, curry, garlic, chicken broth, coconut milk, chicken breast meat, green onions, fish sauce, cilantro, hot red chiles, and various spices.
