Asian Food Club: Punjabi Tandoor

I'm fairly certain I've mentioned the Asian Food Club before.  I know I haven't blogged every meeting, but I think I blogged the last one.  Anyways, some of our friends decided to get together on a monthly (loosely) basis and eat at an Asian restaurant.  So far we've gone to Dumpling Inn (Chinese), Pho Cow Cali (Vietnamese), Tofu House (Korean), and this past Wednesday 3/30, Punjabi Tandoor (Indian).

Todd and I ♥♥♥ love Punjabi Tandoor.  Todd's friend Cassi introduced us to it late last year, and we've been to it so many times already!  We had Punjabi Tandoor takeout on New Years Eve.  We had them cater Todd's "Super Todd" birthday party.  We had Punjabi Tandoor takeout on Valentine's Day.  And now the Asian Food Club has met there.

It's nice to meet friends for dinner now that Daylight Savings Time is in effect!  Still plenty of light out.  Punjabi Tandoor is sort of a hole-in-the-way (and I mean that in the best way), so there isn't very much seating at all, let alone for a large group of people.  So we sat at two tables outside.

I always get the same thing: Chicken Mahkani and garlic naan bread. But this time we also got an order of samosas to share. I guess they're gone already in this photo, LOL.

One of the best parts of the Asian Food Club is the socializing. I think it's very fun to get together with friends, chat, and eat.

And this time, we also got a great sunset to enjoy.
