Todd and I love to watch “America’s Test Kitchen” on PBS, because they always explain how to cook something in the best and tastiest way, after they’ve experimented endlessly with each recipe.
This week we made “Pasta with Tomato and Almond Pesto (Pesto Alla Trapanese)”. The verdict? Pure deliciousness! It was easy and oh so tasty.
