Just wanted to jump on and mention that I wrote an article about Project Life for the February edition of My Scrapbook Art's magazine, "Home Is Where The Art Is". I'm honored that Jen Jacobowitz asked me to write the article. I will be writing quarterly articles about Project Life at the magazine in 2012! :)

So I didn't have to funds to start the Project life at the beginning of the year, but believe after tax season (im an accountant) i'll be able to start & it happens to fall around my birthday, so I was thinking of a 27th year project life. Any advice on how many pocket pages i should purchase? or any other advice before i make a purchase?
ReplyDeleteHi Rach!
ReplyDeleteA 27th year Project Life sounds awesome! I think Project Life can be started at any time. It definitely doesn't have to be January 1st. If you plan to do weekly 2-page spreads, I would recommend getting the Big Pack of Design A Pockets (there's 60 in there). It's sold out right now but Becky Higgins said they should have it back in stock in mid-February. I would start with a Core Kit of your choice, and then a binder. That's really all you need. You can see more info about all the products here on Becky Higgins blog: http://www.beckyhiggins.com/products/
Hi Christie, just read your great article on the magazine! Your pages are inspiring! I just got started on PL and am so excited, have completed January (yay!) and really hope I will complete the year!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your help! I'll definitely wait for the big pack to be available!!
