One of my favorite scrapbooking manufacturer is American Crafts. I love the vibrant colors of many of their lines. This CHA release was no exception. They had a big double-sided aisle of booths at CHA Anaheim. I was very excited to see the new products! :)
Amy Tangerine | Yes Please
The new Amy Tangerine line, Yes Please, incorporates the fun sketchy look of the Sketchbook line, but with softer colors.
I had the pleasure of seeing Amy Tan again. I went to an Amy Tangerine class last May at Paper Tales here in San Diego and met her for the first time.
This line has a calendar date stamp that I know will be super-popular. I hope they manufacture enough to keep the stores stocked! :)
LOVE the hand-drawn camera graphic and stamp in this line. I can’t seem to stay away from any camera-related, and each of the Amy Tangerine line so far has had cameras in it.
The papers also come in a 6x6 pad.
New to the line is this embroidery kit containing paper piercer, a pad for piercing, some templates, and some embroidery floss. I can see this being very fun to do on a card or a layout!
The Yes Please line also has a roller stamp, but this time without the dates. It is just phrases. I think this is great because I sometimes have a hard time getting the date AND phrase to stamp clearly on the bigger roller stamps. And I already have an office date stamp, I don’t need so many dates.
Closer look at some of the papers in the line. The camera graphics are very cute and are on both the pink paper and the kraft paper.
Some of the projects that were hung up on clothes hangers in the booth.
Dear Lizzy | Lucky Charm
I’ve always liked the Dear Lizzy lines of scrapbooking products. This time they’ve incorporated navy blue into the line and it looks fantastic. The diecut cards are something new and cool.
There is also a phrase roller stamp in the Lucky Charm line. The die cuts are cute as well. I really like the aqua and navy blue that they incorporated into the line.
There were other items of interest at the American Crafts aisle of booths. There was a whole display of glitter paper! Only one column was POW! glitter paper, which I LOVE because the glitter doesn’t rub off and it cuts like butter in the Silhouette. The other glitter cardstock are thicker and the glitter does come off.
There were lots of glitter ribbons as well.
There was also a wall which displayed many AC albums. I thought many of them were very pretty.
And this whole display of 6x6 paper pads made me happy. I really liked seeing them together!
American Crafts has hit it out of the park again with the Amy Tangerine Yes Please line and Dear Lizzy Lucky Charm line. Both of these lines will be perfect for scrapbooking spring and summer photos. I’m excited to see these hit the stores this spring!
Ooooh, gorgeous stuff. I am loving that camera stamp. So many days I wish I had not given up all of my paper scrapping supplies - this stuff would be so fun to play with!
ReplyDeleteIf only I had room for that POW display in my house. Sigh ......
