The theme for the April gallery at Write.Click.Scrapbook. is Shapes! Besides colors, shapes are my favorite items on a scrapbook page. You can do so many things with different shapes on a page. For this theme, I decided to go with arrows/chevrons. I made a digital page this month incorporating various chevron shapes in different textures and materials.
12 x 12 | materials Photoshop (Adobe) + Going Places digital scrapbook kit (One Little Bird & Ardent Sparrow) + wood veneer shapes (Sahlin Studio) + font (Claire Hand)
You can see some notes from me about the layout, along with my April fun fact here. Browse the whole April gallery at Write. Click. Scrapbook. here. The gallery launch post that introduced each layout is here.

ReplyDeleteAnd I SWEAR there's a digi scrapper somewhere inside of me that's trying to get out! I keep collecting the supplies (I'm eyeing those veneer shapes now!)- I seriously need to just sit down and make some pages.
Great page Christine! Chevron and arrows are my go-to shapes when scrapping haha :)
