I caught a couple of very cute Noodle photos the last week. This one was from last Friday morning. We got up and found Noodle sleeping on his bed in the craft room. Little sleepy-head!
And on Sunday he was very active and playful in the morning. Which led to a very long nap in the afternoon…
I’ve been taking walking breaks every couple of hours at work. It feels great just to get out of my chair and walk a few minutes. I usually get a mile of walking in this way everyday at work, on top of my morning workouts. Here’s some of the view of the courtyard while I walk.
On Saturday we ran at the beach and it was the most gorgeous day ever. It was the low 70’s and sunny and breezy.
The path down to the beach is always picturesque.
Summer!
I processed the above photo using the Snapster app. Then I downloaded one of Heather Joyce’s fonts at The Lilypad and loaded it onto my iPhone and used the “Over” app to type onto my photo. Really love how this turned out! Will definitely include it in my Project Life!
More beach photos from Saturday’s run.
Super-blessed to live here and run here!
Speaking of Project Life, I worked on it this past weekend. I used Lily Bee products.
Here’s a sneak peek.
We had dinner Sunday night with our friends Pete & Cass, Evan, and baby Kate.
And today… some super-happiness arrived. My first Gossamer Blue kit! It’s the first kit with exclusive papers designed by my good friend Peppermint Granberg (One Little Bird).
She’s going to have exclusive papers every month with Gossamer Blue! We were both very excited, so we had to chat on Google Hangout.
And of course, Mo had to say hi to me.
Noodle said hi to Mo too, but I didn’t get a screenshot of that. I can’t wait to make some layouts and Project Life with my August Gossamer Blue kit! So exciting to hold Peppermint’s papers in my hands! Woohoo!
We are soooo cool.
ReplyDeleteWow - as usual, I am envious of your gorgeous surroundings. Makes me want to move from Ohio!!
ReplyDeleteThere are lots of Ohio transplants here! The San Diego Buckeye Club meets every Saturday in the fall and watch games together. :)
Delete^ What she said! ^ Love the Noodles pics and I love your hair! It is so cute long!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Ashley! I've been too lazy to get to my stylist for a haircut! :)
DeleteWOW. I would love to be able to run at the beach! You're right, it is such a blessing :)
ReplyDeleteThat is awesome that Peppermint has papers in the Gossamer Blue kits. I am so very tempted to sign up for a subscription (I LOVE One Little Bird everything!), but I really can't justify it right now-- I have so many supplies already and I'm not scrapbooking nearly as frequently as I'd like! I hope that one of these days I will get my hands on some of the papers, though!
